2、 Scope of application:

This instrument is an ideal tool for air monitoring and sampling in workplaces with toxic, harmful, and flammable/explosive gases, used by various levels of safety supervision departments, disease prevention and control centers, universities, research institutions, industrial and mining enterprises, and environmental monitoring stations.

3、 Instrument composition:

The sampler consists of an imported vacuum pump, a microcomputer controller, a multifunctional LCD display, a sealed battery pack with repeated charging, discharging, overcurrent and short-circuit protection, and a digital flow component. The casing of this series of instruments is injection molded and has flame retardant, moisture-proof, and anti-static properties.

4、 Main features:

1. The entire working process of the sampler is completed by microcomputer software and hardware, with a high degree of intelligence;

2. The human-machine interface adopts ultra-low power LCD and two key design, which can be operated with one hand;

3. The sampler is equipped with a vacuum pump imported from abroad, which has a small volume, low heat generation during long-term operation, reliable operation, low power consumption, high vacuum degree, and long service life;

4. Using a digital flowmeter, the flow rate value can be quickly switched and set (fixed at 50mL/min, 100 mL/min, 200mL/min);

5. The instrument uses a lithium battery pack and is specially designed with a short-circuit current protection device. It has no battery memory effect, large capacity, long lifespan, and a charging time of no more than 5 hours;

6. The instrument can automatically lock during operation to prevent accidental parameter reset during the sampling process, and can be manually unlocked;

7. When the instrument samples at a flow rate of 200mL/min under normal load conditions (approximately 4.5KPa), the continuous sampling duration is greater than 8 hours;

8. Usage: Personnel working in the workplace are equipped with waist bags to carry with them for sampling.
